Registration Categories and Fees

Please refer to the table below for the registration fees. When making a payment, please include “TSOP 2026+Attendee’s Name” in the payment remarks.

Please note:

● Basic Registration: The fee covers access to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the Abstract Book.

● Field Trip to Shanxi Province: The fee includes the field guide, round-trip bus transportation from Beijing to Shanxi Province (including local transportation within Shanxi), meals, and three nights of accommodation. The field trip will proceed with a minimum of 30 participants.

● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

Payment Information

Participants from outside China: Payment is recommended onsite during registration (September 3–5), by card or cash. Financial staff and volunteers will be available to assist you.

Participants within China: Payment is recommended onsite during registration (September 3–5), by card/cash, or via online bank transfer (domestic bank details are provided below).
