Invitation letter
If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the 42nd TSOP Meeting, please check “Invitation Letter Required” during registration. A signed letter of invitation will then be mailed to you.
Participants requiring a visa to enter China should begin the application process many months in advance of their departure date, as processing times may vary. For country-specific visa requirements, please visit Visa Information section on this website.
The invitation letter is intended solely to facilitate your visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. The Organizing Committee cannot contact or intervene with Chinese embassies or consulates on behalf of applicants.
