Oral Presentation Guidelines
● A computer capable of displaying PowerPoint or PDF presentations will be available. Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
● A room operator will signal the 10- and 12-minute marks. The moderator will briefly introduce your topic and may stop your presentation if it exceeds the allotted time. You may test your laptop connection in the designated room, or transfer your presentation file to the designated laptop in the laptop room. Please contact the room PIC (who will be on standby in the room) for assistance.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
● Posters will be on display throughout the meeting. Posters must be in portrait orientation, with a maximum size of 90 × 120 cm.
● Mounting materials will be available at the Helpdesk.
● All posters will remain on display for the duration of the conference and will be judged on the second day of the technical program.
● Authors are expected to be present at their posters during the designated poster session to answer questions and discuss their results.
● All posters must be mounted on Saturday, 5 September 2026, before the opening ceremony, and removed on Sunday, 6 September 2026, after the closing ceremony.

Technical Session Schedule
● Technical Session will be held on September 5-6, 2026. The detailed schedule will be announced closer to the meeting date.
